Help with Norwegian Solje Mark - Andersen?

Can anyone help me identify this mark on this Norwegian Solje?
Hi,
This could be the mark of Nils Martin Elvik, Oslo., b. 1853 d. 1935. He stamped the N and E together like this. However, there used to be a horse shoe around the initials, so I'm not sure.
