Here's an item that definitely falls into the novelty gift or gag gift catagory.
What did William A. Rogers/Oneida call this piece of flatware?

I trust you are convinced this is original? I only ask because this was a typical treatment of old plate (and sadly sterling) at the hands of home crafters making grotesque wind chimes in the 70's.

Hello Wev.

Yes, old silverplate flatware is made into all kinds of things.
However, I believe this is the original name the item was marketed under.
Have a picture of the box it came in with Oneida's name for it.
