Silver mounted Chinese Teapot

My father has a silver mounted small single cup Chinese teapot that we are trying to identify. It looks probably 19th century but hope someone on here may be able to identify the mark on the base, presumably from the silversmith or company who made the pot. Hopefully the pictures attached below will work!

the mark is upside down and reads "tian bao wen yin" in 2 columns starting on the right. tian bao is probably a shop name meaning "treasure of heaven" and "wen yin" means "fine silver"
