ID help requested

These are hollow ware spoons that I think may have been made in India or SE Asia. I have 20 pieces but no information about them.

The large one has what seems to be a tiny hallmark inside the rim (as shown - looks like 'He'), while the small spoon has what appears to be the number 80 in the same place. Would a number refer to the fineness of the silver (.800)?

Any information such as age, origin etc. will be much appreciated.
