Spoon can you identify

SMALL spoon.....has only LEE MANSION on the back. Spoon could be baby spoon or jam spoon. Photo will follow. THERE isn't anything on the back of this 4 3/4" spoon but: diamond shape (small)word: STERLING then the words LEE MANSION.
