Antique Repousse Silverplated Frame - Maker's Mark ID needed

Hello,
I need help with identifying the maker's mark on this frame. The frame is nicely made with wonderful, deep repousse of fruits and flowers. I have not been able to find the mark in any of my reference books, on the silverplate marks section on this site or in my searches on the internet.
I believe the first letter is a "T" and the second letter is an "M". I have searched every possible interpretation of the first letter - "B", "L", "G", etc.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
