French silver charge mark - Toulouse c1700 ?

Hi. I would be grateful for help with the following pre-revolutionary French hallmark on a full sized silver dinner spoon.
The charge mark appears to be French provincial and I can find very similar but not quite exactly the same marks in some refs for Toulouse between the late 17th to mid 18th century.
Maker's mark is sadly almost unreadable but could be "JHH" or "JHN".
Does anyone recognise the charge mark though exactly ?
Thanks
