need help with shaker

Just starting out.I know it says sterling but I could not finde a mark like this one that had numbers and a mark. It look like there is a letter S in front of lion. Hope the pic is big enof to show it.

Hi Drew,
The numbers don't help to identify the maker or country as they are internal manufacturing numbers denoting things such as model number, batch or production number etc. In this case, the word 'sterling' leads immediately to silver manufactured in the United States. The photo of the makers mark (lion with probable S to the left) really needs to be larger to make a positive id. If you could provide a cropped close up of the mark it would be of great help.
In the meantime, I suspect the maker may be Frank W Smith Co of Massachusetts.

Even if you think this is the correct maker, could you please still supply the photo so that we can confirm.
