Hello!
This is Vilno (Вильно, Вильнюс), assayer Alexander Artsybashev (Александр Арцыбашев), maker Shmuel Begak (Шмуль Бегак).
Regards.

Mind my saying, but in my eyes the assayer's initials seems to be AK not AA. That would be Aleksander Krollau in Vilna 1891-1899. In my records Artsibaschev was in Moscow in 1895.

Qrt.S, you are absolutely right - this is Krollau. Unfortunately assay mark is poorly readable, and my eyes are no longer perfect ...
And my second mistake - the name of Artsybashev is Anatoliy (Анатолий) but not Alexander.

Please, Dear Ubaranda, and Qrt.s, verify me, This could be another mark of Schmuel Begak?

@Krisztián
Yes it is, he used two punches Ш·Б and Ш.БЕГАК. He was born 1843 or 1857 and became master 1886 (- 1898) Why are you wondering?
