Help identifying Austro Hungarian makers mark from Pest

I would be grateful if you can help identify the attached "SB" makers mark. The assay mark is for Pest, then part the Austro Hungarian empire. Taking account of the design and the assay mark, the maker must have been working at some time from c1880-1900+.

For those that know their Christopher Dresser this is a fascinating piece. It combines Dresser designs from his silver plate candlesticks for Hukin and Heath, and his copper candlesticks from Benham and Froud. Since the piece is 800 silver it cannot be a UK made piece assayed in Hungary. Putting all that together I am of the view that this is an actual Dresser design sold to the mystery Pest maker. It is known Dresser sold designs all over Europe but very few are known.
