Yet another Taxco mark
If you folks aren't quite tired of looking up Taxco marks, could someone see if you can identify this one for me? Anything you can tell me about the maker would be appreciated. Danish Jeweler's mark?
I have a piece of silver jewelry marked (in French) Importe de Danemark. It has several stamps on the back. Unfortunately, AllYouCanUpload has stopped accepting uploads and redirects to webshots, which does not give .jpg in its URL, so the pictures won't show here in the forum. The back is at http:/...

Identify mark on small spoon
I have 12 of these small spoons - perhaps souvenirs? They are very light weight, and only 4 1/2 " long. Can anyone help identify the maker's mark on the back? http://aycu36.webshots.com/image/49795/2003657542739653549_rs.jpg http://aycu29.webshots.com/image/48788/2003630409881047907_rs.jpg

STERLING rubbed out on Alvin tableware
I wonder if anybody has any idea why the word STERLING has been rubbed out on this Alvin fork? I have inherited 12 of these forks, and 10 matching teaspoons - every one of them looks like this on the back, with the Alvin logo clearly distinguishable, but only the first few letters of STERLING clear....

Watson? pennant
Thanks so much for this identification! the pattern does look a whole lot like Wts34 at Replacements.com, but strikes me as a more delicate rendition. (perhaps an artifact of the camera(s) used?) Also, the Watson pennant shown in the Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks is facing the opposite directi...

Pennant-shaped maker's mark?
Can anybody identify this maker's mark? It's on the back of what I take to be a serving spoon with a large, round bowl - the spoon is about 8" long. It is followed by the word "STERLING". http://aycu22.webshots.com/image/48021/2000463818857953429_th.jpg http://aycu36.webshots.com/imag...
