Hello, I need help identifying the marks on a pair of candlesticks -- although they don't have the Spanish pentagram, I'm fairly certain they are Spanish given the initials on them -- J M Y y B. Maker's mark help on centerpiece -- WABP / Wilhelm Binder?

Hello, this is from a small centerpiece in silver, from Germany, marked as shown. I have no clue who this might be, could not locate the hallmark anywhere.
