Hello, this is from a small centerpiece in silver, from Germany, marked as shown. I have no clue who this might be, could not locate the hallmark anywhere. I have here a teaspoon with 4 marks that I need help in identifying and making sense of. It is in an art deco pattern with knots and Egyptian-looking flower motifs.
