The olive fork and spoon are about 3 3/4 " long. They are blue enamel and silver gilt. Thanks again for help in advance, Renee

I found the maker WSB
W. S. Blackington Co. But I still have not found the exact same mark. This came from another site called worthpoint.com I hope it is ok to mention that here.

Who is the maker with W S B initials?
I found this beautiful fish knife and can't find the maker with the initial WSB. Even tried MSB in case I was reading it wrong. The next mark is a horse, then No1 an lastly a crown. the last 3 face sideways. The discoloration is tarnish. The handle reminded me of many coin silver pieces. Measures 12...
