Necklace: tiger eye, sterling leaf/fluted domes/sphere drops

Heishi necklace with Hallmark on end cones. Whose and when?

I would like to know whose stamp is on the silver cones of this turquoise heishi necklace. Also, can you date the piece based on the stamp?
