I have an H aguilar copper sugar and creamer set . The marks on them seem similar to 1940-1945 HA silver marks shown on this website. Help idenify scandinavian makers mark on Choker?
I am guessing this is a scandinavian choker/necklace. It looks like the mark is an H with a period in a circle with the word sterling above it.There is a norweigan makers mark with an H, but not a period after the H. He is Ivar T. Holth.

Please help identify this makers mark. These butterfly clip-on earrings are 3/4" in diameter. They are marked L.J. with the J half crossed to the left. The metal content is 830S with the number 15. The butterfly looks like an art nouveau motif. Thanks Rob H http://j.imagehost.org/0794/butterfly...

It is stamped Mexico
it is stamped "silver" and underneath that "Made in Mexico" on the lower half of the back of the cuff link. I thought it better to have a close-up of the mark rather than show the whole back of the cufflink.

Russian Silver beaker/ Kiddush cup w Contraindictory marks ?
This beaker/cup is app. 3 " high and 1 1/4" wide at top. The cartouche marks seem to indicate it was the second kokoshnik mark assayed in Kiev between 1908-1926. But the makers mark is similar to one used between 1870 -1880 from Odessa. Also I am not sure what type of vessel this is ? Can ...

Thanks, it is Kurt Jobst
Dear Valkrie Vixen, thanks. I did a google image search and came up with some pictures of pieces attributed to Kurt Jobst with the same markings. He was born in Germany in 1905 and moved Johannesburg, South Africa in the mid 1930s. He died in 1971.
