Possible Provincial?

Hi, Am keen to find the maker of this mustard spoon. By the shape of the terminal I am guessing it to be Scottish. I have tried Jackson's and online and can find nothing. Any help would be appreciated. http://i37.tinypic.com/2gv4y8h.jpg http://i37.tinypic.com/4q0o74.jpg http://i33.tinypic.com/1z389b...
