Maker/date/town and use of small sailing barge salt?
Please help me with the maker/production date and town of this barge and horse box/salt. It has import marks for Sheffield 1894, Samuel Boyce Landeck. I have recently acquired a pair of what I believe are Canongate toddy ladles and I would like some more details on the marks. Bamberg German Silver tobacco box - unkown swan mark?
Can anyone identify the swan mark? I have this German tobacco box in my collection and I have identified the B mark to mean Bamberg (or Bemberg as listed in Tardy). I am having trouble identifying the other mark, which is a swan over a crest, with the initials G?G below. I am hoping this might ident...
