I have seen this before, do you know why `B` is struck twice? Have seen this very often with 'A' for Vienna -again - why is it struck twice?

Hello, I have few medals with French maker marks. Below is a Romanian medal with 2 marks (these appear quite similar to my eye) but both are incomplete as they ran out of room as jump ring is only about 1mm wide (maybe 16 gauge or so). Hello,
Anyone knows this Portuguese mark? I suspect it to be a maker's mark. It is on Portuguese Military Order badge. Thank you for looking.

Spanish maker mark

Hello, Can anyone positively identify the maker's mark on this Spanish military badge. I know the Silver purity mark and maker indicated is 'Rokiski' who as I understand worked out of Madrid.
