Grape scissors made in Germany, can't read manuf's name

Hello
I can't read the manufactuer's name on these grape scissors. I can read "And Son". Of the name I decipher something like "Lee be guer" They measure 6 inches and weight 51 grams per USPS scale.

Besides not being able to decipher the monogram -- I don't even know which way to look at the spoon to read it! -- I am confused by the marks. On this site it says "Buttercup" was manufactured in 1899. But this spoon is stamped "PATENT 1900" (sorry I forgot to take a picture of t...

Large Spoon,Assayer Timofye Tripitsky, 1861, Vilnius--maker?

Using this site's Russian marks section (and help from a friend) I was able to identify assayer, year, and city but can't figure out maker.
