Fish forks acquired in France, unable to identify marks.
These are the only marks on these forks. Can anyone help me to identify?

Unable to identify maker/period of sauce boat w/platter
I am trying to identify some inherited pieces for my future generations and have been unsuccessful as to this gravy/sauce boat with attached platter. There are three marks in sequence on the rim just left of the handle. And the BELGIE on the rim to the right of the handle. The makers mark, M over H ...
