Hi Trev, Thanks for the info and chart - appreciate your time. Just wondering, are the current marks past 1931 not available or proprietary? Thanks.

Re: ID Edinburgh hallmark date on charm
Hi,
So is the date code 'U' representing 1971 or is the date code one of the other symbols the date code?
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of date hallmarks for Edinburgh after 1900. My date code list ends at 1905. Many thanks.

Re: English Chester Hallmark ? Help with date code. Thanks
Never new who WBS was as I've run across that maker many times - so I appreciate that. I see that 'S' would be 1943 - though strangely malformed.
Have a great day and thanks again!

Re: Help with ID on makers mark, Georg Jensen?
Hi Trev, Thanks for confirming that - it was confusing with the 1921 and 1946 marks so similar. Thanks for your opinion, I tend to agree.

Also id needed on date, it has british hallmarks for 9ct gold with 'W' date - uncertain if this is 1921 or 46. Thanks so much for taking the time to ...

Yes, I see the similarity of the ET+ Tiessen mark. Thanks for pointing that out. That said the 'R' may not be so significant. Thanks so much.

Any information appreciated. marks: ET+ , STG, (possibly) London mark, 'R' . No lion on the hallmark instead it's marked STG. http://i48.tinypic.com/2ez4w...
