Hi, I did research on this Salt Cellar and I believe it is sterling from city of london but not sure who the maker is. It could be Edward Farrell or Edward Feline. Hi, I am not sure what type of Roger it is because in my research I have come across with W.M. Rogers, F.B. Rogers and, H.O. Rogers but not Roger with two anchor on each side.
