Hello, this is a no-line pattern from the early 1930ies (possibly as early as 1928). designer is not known, my gut feeling: J.M. Lock. Beware: the shape of the eagle rarely helps to identify the date of production, this is just wishful thinking by dealers and collectors. Regards, Bahner.

Hello, according to Scheffler, Berlin, the exact dates for Zarnack are 1817-1819. Zarnack was warden from October 17th, 1817, his successsor Kessner was in office from January 19th, 1819. Regards Bahner

Hello, the mark looks like the letter W in a circle, on top of two lines of text. The picture is to small to read the text, but the mark looks like that of German maker Wilhelm Wolff from Pforzheim.
