Redlich mark variation
Budtz57--I have a tea set with this same mark. It's different from the Redlich mark shown in Kovels and on this website--more upright, with no tongue and without whatever that is growing out of the tail. Don't know if this is any help, but a 'ciseleur' is an engraver (chiseler).
