Thank you. I looked at that before. I was in doubt because of the extra letter "E" right after JB. Maybe "E" is for electroplated.

This knife and fork set (carving set?) are marked JR E * + and P. The handles are bone or ivory. The knife measure 13" (33cm) X 2 1/4" (5.8 cm) at the widest part. The fork measure about 10" (25.3 cm) X 2" (5 cm). Are they sterling or plated? Who is the maker and the year and las...

Hi, I am new her and new on sterling silver. I boughr this water picher and I can't figure out who is the maker or even the country of origem. Please help. The hallmark have a letter U, a picture (to me looks like a "flor-de-lis" in a shield) and a letter S. http://farm6.static.flickr.com/...
