Thanks for the replies. After some research I am guessing it's some kind of white metal. In the company advertising, they offer silverplate and white metal. It doesn't appear to be plated so I am guessing white metal or possibly german silver.

Toronto Plate Co. Dish
Looking for opinions on this Toronto Plate Company scalloped dish. Doesn't appear to be plated but looks more like something made in a cast mold. Inside is engraved with design and is still a brilliant silver color where it was incised. Very heavy and has turned greyish black. Appears to have a hamm...

T910 - TAP Bogota Hallmark
If anyone is familiar with this hallmark and the meaning of T910 / TAP on the bottom of this bucket, please feel free to comment.At some time in the past, someone wrote .910 % silver on the bottom and 340 grams in black marker which I removed.I have never heard of .910 silver.
