I have what I believe is a Electroplated (EPC) platter. The mark has E.P.C. followed by a Lion facing right with the left paw up. followed by a Fleur de Lis and the number 1463. I tried to put an image in, but it didn't work, perhaps I need someone to help me learn how to do it.

Reed and Barton Pitcher, having trouble identifying hallmark
Can anyone help me with this Reed&Barton hallmark? It is on a pitcher 10 " tall. Reed&Barton 1795 x ( the ex mark is like 2 double ended arrows ) Thank you so much! Also, I am having trouble uploading images to the post. Is there a way to upload the pics? Thanks!
