again it says J H B and then a sideways shield with the letters BP in it

none of my camera's will show anything better unfortunityly .. all i can tell you is the hall marks are CAPITOL J H B in square boxes then the letters BP in a sideways shield. the BP i understand may stand for Brittiana Plate? but i am unsure of that.
