I looked at it again. Had another friend look also. It has "HENNRI" the last letter could be an messed up E instead of an I but we both agree the first 5 letters are very readable.

The part (Stem) that goes inside the lower "Tower" if you will has a big ' V I" like roman numerals on it but other than that I cannot find any other marks on the top section.
