Just checked again...no other marks anywhere on the outside or inside both compartments.

Unidentified vinaigrette maker
Not sure if the mark on the bottom is a hallmark or a monogram. There are no other hallmarks of any kind on this. Any help would be appreciated!

Help with hallmark identification

Help with a late 1700's hallmark
I have a large silver ladle which is 14" long. The bowl of the spoon measures 4 3/4" by 4 1/4". It weighs aprox. 245 grams. It is monogramed with the date 1799. The Hallmark looks to have been struch twice, each one showing only half of the mark. Putting them together it seems to read...
