Help with hallmarks on a cuff bracelet?

Hello everyone, Can anyone help ID this hallmark? I can't seem to figure it out, maybe Scandinavian? It is marked with a 925, with a letter K over it, with a woman(?) facing right. The maker's mark appears to be ES or CS. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Eric https://i.postimg.cc/Vvf2rn...

I have limited knowledge of Faberge, and I'm aware that copies and fakes were notoriously made, so how does everything look f...

Re: Important Russian Silver? Grand Duke Crown & Imperial Eagle

The first salt cellar with the spoons had two pictures of the punch, but the second set of salt cellars was from Christies and only had that one picture.

Re: Important Russian Silver? Grand Duke Crown & Imperial Eagle

Thank you guys very much, this is really great information. Very interesting that a wife was able to retain the rights to the master's punch! I just found a pair of salt cellars from the wedding service of Grand Duke Michael Nikolaevich (1832-1909), which have a nice resting spot for a salt cellar s...

Re: Important Russian Silver? Grand Duke Crown & Imperial Eagle

I want to thank you all very much for all the help you have given! I'm truly impressed. The maker seems to be quite the predicament! Has anyone ever seen a case where a mark was used after the maker's death? I'm not sure if we will ever know the true answer, but it has been incredibly interesting yo...

Antique Persian Silver Items, Hallmark ID?

I know one mark is for the silver fineness of 84 (or 875 silver), but don't know what the maker's mark is. (admin edit - see Posting Requirements ) If anyone can help I would...

Very cool! Great box, that's a piece I'd put in my collection :) Surprised that one is 925 but likely made in Hanau?

Re: HUGE Urn Pitcher & Underplate...Hanau Silver or Much Older??

Hey AG, after cleaning some dirt and grime off both pieces, I found some hallmarks I never saw before! It says "KREMOS ROMA 800." After doing some very basic research, Kremos produced silver in Italy (obviously hence the Roma mark), and I guess he was even partnered with the famous Bvlgari...

HUGE Urn Pitcher & Underplate...Hanau Silver or Much Older??

Hello all, My good friend and I were lucky enough to come across an absolutely incredible solid silver urn, or pitcher, with the matching underplate, and it has some very old silver hallmarks on the bottom, as well as on the neck of the urn. I actually found a demitasse cup and saucer that I posted ...
