I apologize for the delayed reaction as I haven't been on this site in quite some time. Unfortunately, I have not found out any info. on these marks. I will continue on my search and if I do find anything out, I'll surely pass it along! Happy Easter!

Hello, thanks for the advice and I apologize for not being in compliance with the forum rules when posting my question. Heres another photo of the hallmarks that is much clearer. Of course, Im still at a loss on identifying the hallmark.... Perhaps someone who is familiar with the mark will see this...
