This spoon is marked Isaksen & Oriansen. I cannot find any info on these makers. I would appreciate any info you can provide.

After taking and enlarging more photos, it looks like the mark could be "H. & F. S.Co." or "H. & E. S.Co." Do these ring a bell to anyone?
