After taking and enlarging more photos, it looks like the mark could be "H. & F. S.Co." or "H. & E. S.Co." Do these ring a bell to anyone?

The photo shows the mark as good as anything else I have tried. So, I would simply be interpreting the photo, the same as you. I have seen photos of pieces made by ESCO. I thought the "SCo" visible in the mark might by part of an ESCO mark. However, this mark appears to have an "H&quo...

Help Identifying Faded Mark on Teaspoon
