That kind of inlay is definitely typical of Zuni-style work. I found a mention of a Lee Edaakie which might match the first set of initials, but am not sure if this is his.

I'm not any kind of expert, and I can't find an exact match, but it looks to me like a few different Hopi makers use variants on this shape of mark, though the style of the ring looks more Navajo. Hope this at least gives you a couple of places to research further.
