Hi, Can anyone identify this makers mark and the assay office? The item is a silver belt keeper and it is marked J.W & S then has the lion silver mark and the date letter of h. No assay office is mentioned and I am trying to identify who the maker was, the assay office and the year it was made. ...

Hello, I am trying to find out more about this table lighter and, in particular, who the maker is? any ideas ? I think it dates to 1940 and was produced in Amsterdam.
