Brilliant. Thanks for the responses. Upon further research, I found that the scene on the bowl of the spoon is an engraving of a painting by the famous Ernst Stückelberg depicting Williams Tell's leap (Tellensprung) from his captor's boat.

I have spent many hours trying to identify the marks on this spoon with little success. This has been tested and is sterling silver.
