Hi, Welcome to the Forum. It's not a hallmark I'm afraid, just a maker's mark. The Gothic letters, 'EPGS' stand for 'Electro Plated German Silver'. Martin, Hall & Co. do appear to have had a dating system, but to my knowledge it is yet to be cracked. See: http://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_M.h...
