The bible cover edges have been crudely cut to fit the cover and believe if the cover was made for this particular cover they would have made to fit without cutting. Again so appreciative to all for sharing their knowledge and opinions about this.

German Silver Bound Bible Nurnberg Mark

Hello! I have a silver bound bible that has only 2 different marks. The inside edge is stamped N and 13. The latch is stamped 13. I did see that the N stands for Nurnberg (Nuremberg) and the 13 for .812 silver content. I cannot find any maker’s mark. This is small in size measuring 4” X 3” X 1 1/8”....
