C over A makers mark on sterling Italy
Hello, I'm trying to find out who does this mark belong to. I can't find it anywhere. Even though it says Italy, it does not have the standard Italian initial-number mark, just the CA mark. The necklace looks like it's a recent production, maybe last 10 years? I will be very grateful for any help. Th...

Re: Infinity symbol/ sideways 8 + Another unknown hallmark!
Any information on this ring will be greatly appreciated! The ring is Sterling Silver and resembles a David Yurman style. It has an infinity symbol/sideways 8 -- ring is not a size 8. It also has another hallmark; possibly initials enclosed in a circle or possibly an oriental symbol. Thanks so much...

Hallmark 0970 GEMMA? Emma Melendez?
Hello, I found this Lapis ring and I'm baffled. I searched the net and the only thing that came even close was Emma Melendez. My problem is (as you can see in the pictures) the makers mark is quite different from E.Melendez' one and the 0970 for silver standard is something I've never seen in Mexica...

Re: Filigree Rosary book Portugal, Porto? Makers mark?
I'm sorry it took me so long but I had to buy a new camera and it took a white. Anyway below are the pictures in which you can clearly see makers mark. I couldn't capture the Porto mark but I'm pretty sure that's what I saw. Any help will be help. Even a reference list. https://www.925-1000.com/pics...

Re: Filigree Rosary book Portugal, Porto? Makers mark?
HelLO Thank you for the answer. I'll try to take better picture and post it today. I had not seenough any letters. The first is the 833 second standard mark and the second just looks like a scale ...now when I Think About It Maybe It's not a scale but a letter "V" stylized as a scale. I'll...

I don't know how to edit yet...I just wanted to say that I hate autocorrect. There are many stupid mistakes in my post but I think it is quite understandable. Just shoot any questions

Re: Help with makers mark on Polish silver bracelet
Hey This is indeed polish, 800 silver, made in Warsaw between 1963-1986. That would put it in the communist Era in Poland. The makers mark reads J.J. Jarzemscy which would indicate a family owned silversmith -and here's the problem, in these years so calledon't "private initiative" aka reg...

Filigree Rosary book Portugal, Porto? Makers mark?
Hello This is my first post but I was browsing the forum for some time now. Usually I can find what I'm looking for online but this piece got me. From what I gathered it is Portugal, Oporto, after 1938- I of course can be wrong because this is a first Portuguese piece I have ever bought. I would lik...
