Hallmarks presumably French

The spoon is 29 cm long and weighs 104 gms, the bowl is egg shaped and 9 cm long, the maker's mark presumably is P.V ( the dot is in fact a star) with a crown above the P.V, and below this mark, there is one in an odd shape of a grid. Anyone around to advise? Would greatly appreciate it Eckhard http...

identification of hallmark silver soup ladle

The ladle weighs 204 grams. The length from tip of handle to front of bowl is 30,5 cm. The measurements of the bowl are 10,75 cm by 8 cm.
