English Silver Plate Mark

Hi-- Anyone able to help me identify the maker associated with this mark? It reads as possible an L/starburst (image)/ Hand / starburst (image)/ C See attached. This is from a diminutive chafing dish with cover and liner with an armorial crest engraved to the front. Thanks in advance for your though...

Thank you so much for your help. I was afraid that might be the case as there is no discernible guaranty mark and the cadence seemed to be that of an English silverplate manufacturer. I had been unable to decipher the marks however.

Possibly Irish mark

Hi--any help with this mark would be greatly appreciated. It comes off of a large, two handled tray with a pierced outer rim to an acanthine border. The tray is quite substantial, about 130 ozt. It either appears to the an unknown symbol/the letter B/a clover leaf?/an unknown symbol/fleur de lys OR ...
