It is definitely German Hanau, and from the looks of it, it's a George Roth piece, but Hanau Pseudo is a nightmare to pinpoint. There is some really good info here

I am new to the forums, but have used this site's references for quite some time now, and this is the first one that I have not been able to ID so far.
