Unknown hallmarks on oil lamp
Need help with these unknown marks - no idea what country. They don’t appear to be British. First mark is a tombstone shaped cartouche with some sort of symbol in it - I can’t make it out. This crazy little oil lamp has a trough-like appendage on the lid, as if something would be laid in it with the end extended out over the flame.
