Trev, Thanks for all the information. When I did my initial research, I found a picture of a very similar style silver Barnard teapot at http://www.silvercollection.it/1630AAAINGLESE.jpg. Sorry about the image troubles. I am using ImageVenue which is easy to use but I am apparently on a learning curve. I read Oel's advice and will paste a URL here and see if that works. I am trying to identify some marks on a teapot made by Edward, Edward Jr, William and John Barnard. I can find information about the maker's mark date range but there are other marks for which I can find no identification: a cross with dots at one end; a sunburst of sorts at the other end.
