I've found a brooch marked sterling silver with the following marks: I D (tudor rose) (lion passant left facing) S I think I'm correct in saying the lion denotes it's English and the Rose denotes it's from sheffield? I just don't understand the ID and the S at the end...I've searched on lots of site...
