Identify mark (B, lowered 7, I then STERLING under that)

I have a crystal (glass) coaster edged with silver. On one edge is an inscription as noted above: Capital B, the number 7 offset down, then a Capital I. Under this line is the word STERLING in all caps. The top line seems to be a different font than the lower word.
