Re: Antique Sterling Locket Mark
Hi all, I hope these pics are not too big. This mark is quite unusual, I do believe it to be American. I believe it to be Victorian era however the engraving on the backside may be 1920's. Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards, Darlene https://www.925-1000.com/pics/Ximg.jpg https://www.92...

Hi - I've gone through all of my books and searched online to no avail. I think it's American and Arts & Crafts era, beautiful design. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've also just started using this webhost so hope I've done this correctly. rdsevern http://i967.photobucket.com/albums/ae...

Cleaning William Spratling Silver
http://home.mchsi.com/~rsevern/spratling1.jpg http://home.mchsi.com/~rsevern/spratling2.jpg Hi, I just found these Spratling pins at an estate sale and am curious as to how much I should clean them. They certainly use a cleaning but don't want to overdo it. It does appear that the figurine may not ...

Antonio Pineda?
Hi, I just purchased this lovely set and think it's by Antonio Pineda. The marks vary on the different pieces with only one earring having the mark that I believe is for Antonio Pineda. I would like to verify that others agree it's Antonio Pineda's work. Second, should I polish it? The earrings were...

Identify a mark
HI, The mark on this necklace is a soccer ball with 925 MEXICO encircling it and then something that is too faint to read, possibly a letter then C O and then one more letter I think but it's faint so cannot be sure. Any ideas on what the maker's mark might be? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Joh Wagner & Sohns other marks
Hello again, We got a photo of the other marks. One of the knives has only the mark without the name, the other two have the name plus the makers mark along with 800, the crescent moon and the crown mark. I should add that on the handle the marks are repeated. No doubt they are by a quality silversm...

Information on Joh. Wagner & Sohn
Hello, We have a set of fish knives marked Joh. Wagner & Sohn. They are very ornate and we'd like to know more about them. We haven't been able to find any information on the maker. Some of the marks are different than the mark in our photo, they have the a makers mark, 800 and then the crescent...
