I have 2 egg cups with the "Diana" head and 5-pt cartouche so I know it is .800 silver probably between 1867-1872 Austro-Hungary. But what silversmith is "Latzko" and when did he work?

Thank you. My father was a diplomat in Budapest in 1960-1963. Now I understand why he had this silverware (Austro-Hungarian)

I think I am doing this right. Based on your help today, I guess (from the DOG'S HEAD mark), that I have an Austrian spoon from 1867? What are the other two hallmarks.... "LIPP" looks upside down....and "B.A." I guess should be a city (but what city?) https://www.925-1000.com/pic...
