I have 2 egg cups with the "Diana" head and 5-pt cartouche so I know it is .800 silver probably between 1867-1872 Austro-Hungary. But what silversmith is "Latzko" and when did he work?

The mark beside Diana's head looks like an eagle.

Assuming that 3 of the spoons (those with the coin head) are commemoratives, any opinion about #2 and #3. What type of utensil are these (fish?)?

I recognize the Austrian mark from about 1857, but can't find what the "CS" mark (silversmith?) means.
