Could this be a Hung Chong mark? If not, can you help identify?

Hi, Can anyone help me identify marks on a vintage/antique hat pin with an unusual long length, resembling late 19th, early 20th century styles. The pin part tests silver. Top section seems to be gold plated. Is this a mid century export mark; or could it be Hung Chong? Considering it's a hat pin, a...

Re: Signed RAR; Can this be Scandinavian or American?

Thank you. I assumed London import marks resembled a U-shape target rather than circle, but you're absolutely right.

Signed RAR; Can this be Scandinavian or American?

Hi, I have a silver brooch with black stone in the centre. It's signed RAR 925 with some pictorial silver marks. Can anyone help me identify these marks? I searched Scandinavian and American marks as it is 925 but wasn't able to find anything similar. Many thanks. https://i.postimg.cc/nXpCJn3r/brooc...

Re: "Se" maker's mark - London 1975

Hi, Many thanks for updating the topic and thus recording this information. Did the LAO provide any further information? .... location etc.? Trev. My pleasure. Your website has been a great resource for me over the years. LAO didn't include anything other than the name. When I looked it up on Googl...

Re: "Se" maker's mark - London 1975

There are no published references or lists for modern (since 1914) London sponsors' marks. However you may get a response from the London Assay Office if you contact them directly: https://www.assayofficelondon.co.uk/contact. We would be very grateful if you could update this post if you do get an ...

"Se" maker's mark - London 1975

Hi. Does anyone know this maker by any chance? I've found the same mark in a couple of other sites, but no name.
London Hallmarks, 1975 date letter.
Many thanks.

Help with dating a religious silver medal

Hi. I would appreciate any help in identifying this St Christopher medal's age. It is only 2 cm in diameter. In case it could be a clue, I had other items in the same box where this one came from, and all are Scottish, ranging from 1920s to 1950s. Many thanks in advance. https://ibb.co/c2cgak https:...

I noticed the above link to the photo album only works by copy-pasting.

Help Please: Star mark & Numbers on a Filigree Brooch

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this silver filigree pin? There seems to be a remains of a star mark on the left of the numbers. Bit similar to the star mark seen on post-1968 Italian silver, but I couldn't be sure. From some angles the number resembles a 900, and others it looks li...
