After looking at it a little closer, it looks looks like it could be crown and a moon like german silver, but never seen it marked that way. Also it does not look german to me ?

Hello, My 1st thought is this is Hanau with English import marks. However the piece is not typical Hanau style , looks more French or English. The touch marks look older but the *00 or 900 stamp looks newer, perhaps stamped later when it was imported as it is stamped sterling however it is not quite...

Hello, Thanks for your response. Other than the number "2" I can see no resemblance. It tests 800+ also ? So im still confused. Could it be American coin silver ?
